The Stream Garden – An Immersive Natural Oasis with a Rock-Based Water Stream

This remarkable nature garden is located near the river Maas, close to Waspik. The meandering watercourse that flows through the garden is directly connected to the river, teeming with life such as small fish, crayfish, and mussels.

The garden has an irresistible appeal to children from the neighboring marina, who love playing near the water and jumping over the rocks. This is exactly what we intended, as part of the garden is accessible to visitors and their children. It’s wonderful to see this vision come to life.

The garden also features a private area by the house, where visitors are surrounded by beautiful flower borders and sloping paths that invite exploration. The owners walk through the garden daily, relishing the changing seasons, the birds, and the ever-shifting light. Every morning, the sun rises on the horizon, providing the perfect panorama to start the day with a smile.

This garden has become a unique piece of nature where people, birds, and insects feel completely at home.
