What a special experience!

Last week in Kiev (Ukraine) I had the opportunity to give a multi-day masterclass for a lot of curious colleagues from four different countries. We searched for personal drives, thought about design principles and in which ways we can collaborate effectively. Of course we had some language barriers to overcome through an interpreter, but it all went very well. Enthusiastic reactions and interesting encounters. And as a final step, we were able to discover the city. Impressive!

Thanks to everyone who contributed in any way to this special trip! I’m back in the Netherlands with a satisfied and grateful spirit…
